Born Hospitality Group is a family company—everything about the way we curate our properties and operations is anchored in the kind of attention and care we feel for the people we treasure most. Our properties reflect our belief that the most sacred times occur at the convening of the ones we cherish most. Our properties deliver on the familiar experiences and memories of our personal trips. Inspired by some of the best places—we look to share the places we love with others and invite them to become part of our family.
-
We believe in delivering a local experience and engaging guests a place’s historical, recreational, and cultural surroundings that define a region. We deliver on the daily graces and smaller interventions that collectively demonstrate a particular feeling of affection for both guest and place.
At our core—BHG creates experiences that assist in expanding awareness of the stewardship role we humans have play in shaping the places we choose to visit or settle. This requires careful consideration of the ecological and cultural impact of our projects. We aim for our places to learn as they mature from the natural and human communities within which they exist.
-
We specialize in finding the unloved, underappreciated, and most importantly under valued properties that we see significant potential in. Our approach centers on refining the nostalgia and capitalizing on existing conditions to revitalize those places and breath life back into their locales. We deliver a product that is unique in stance, but never out of place.
-
We believe the future of hospitality is rooted in the idea that service should be generous but should not be the driver of the overall experience. Born Hospitality Group properties realize the value of making a lasting impression without the burden of overstepping.
Frontier Drive-Inn
A Drive-In Becomes a Drive-Inn. The magic of our property started in 1955, when the Frontier Drive-In first opened to the public. It was a hit. Re-opened for the first time since 1985, our team has reinvented the Frontier as a Drive-Inn, welcoming overnight guests to enjoy our favorite place—the San Luis Valley.
Find a deep, nourishing connection to your friends and family. Take in a film under the San Luis Valley’s pristine night sky. Cook with your friends in our chef’s kitchen and dining room, or come for weekends of curated movie and chef dinners, art installations, live music and experimental architecture events.
Hotel Born®
Hotel Born opened in 2017 and was developed by Born Hospitality Group. Located adjacent to Union Station at 1600 Wewatta St., The property features 200 guest rooms and suites. The hotel is also equipped with approximately 14,000 square feet of class-A meeting space and a restaurant offering, Citizen Rail. In 2023, we formed a joint venture with Aspen Hospitality, the hospitality division of Aspen Skiing Company, and the hotel converted to Limelight Denver.
“Hotel Born was integral in bringing the Denver Union Station neighborhood to life” said Mark Falcone, Continuum’s founder and CEO. “Looking to the future, we are especially excited about the deep brand equity that Aspen Hospitality and Aspen Skiing Company have developed with high-value travelers, and we are proud to partner with them in the stewardship of this legacy asset.”
